Shopper : what's the field of view? and does it come with a pouch?ROBERT B : I'm not sure what to say about the field of view, but I would guess about 160 degrees. It does come with a pouch. They are well constructed with some heft to them, but not too much. They are very stylish, almost like jewlery.PATRICIA R : These opera glasses do come with a velvet-like, drawstring pouch and slip easily into your handbag. They are very substantial and look as though you spent a lot more. They adjust perfectly for viewing the stage up close from my first balcony seats. I would say field of view is from 12 ft plus. I use the glasses when I go to performances at the theatre, and they are quite adequate for that use. They are not heavy and easy to carry in a purse.PATRICIA R : The focus is completely adjustable. However, there is no reading light. These glasses brought everything up closer. I got this one particularly with the chain so she could hang them around her neck and not leave them behind. The focusing capability was the priority reason.
