Petrol 2.5" Diameter Mini Hood for LCD Monitors on Small DV Camcorders

This hood worked better than I thought it would. From the pictures it looked a bit awkward and ungainly. But in actuality it works very well. It attached easily to my VX2100 and would fit any camcorder with a similar sized fold out LCD screen. The hood can be use with just the main shade, or one can easily add the shade extension which really makes a much bigger difference in enabling one to see the LCD screen. The hood is well made and lays flat for easy storage. This hood is really a must have for anyone who uses the LCD screen on their camcorder in the sunlight.
