Best View and Price

Have had these for only 3 days now... the clarity, focus adjustment, eyepiece stops, everything that counts is outstanding. How Pentax can produce this quality at this price with this warranty is remarkable. Tons of people buy roof prism glasses at 4-5 times the price and do not get the view this binoc produces. Take it from someone who knows, if you're into the VIEW buy these and pass them around to your friends...they will be impressed. Thanks Adorama for the usual great packing and shipping.

Just Right for my Application

By

from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines  -  Casual/ Recreational

I use the binocular for just about anything and it serves me well. Whether in my travels, nature exploration as well as at work (inspection of electrical equipment), I am very well satisfied with the unit. The only things I don't like are the lens caps which easily fall off and the pouch which leaves you wanting an extra pair of hands to hold the caps and pouch when using the binocular.

We used this binocular on our trip to the Yellowstone NP and we were totally satisfied with it. The price we paid was fair for the value we got.

good performance for the money

By

from Day, CA  -  Casual/ Recreational

A good choice for active, rough use. These binoculars have served me well for a couple of years in a wide range of crummy weather, from cold snow to warm salt water, with minimal attention to where they were stored, dropped, or thrown. This review was prompted when I left them out in a wet snow storm overnight a couple of days ago. No problem, no fog or moisture inside(but I did bring them in to dry out). Optics, though pretty good, can't compare with more expensive brands or models, but think how you'd cry if your new $1000 Zeiss got dropped off the boat or if the lens got scratched by an errant tool on the car seat.
