Shopper : I have a great Pentax binocular 12.5 x 50 DCF SP & think this "N" Tripod Adapter is the one I need. Can you confirm it is the right one for my binoculars but it never seems to be in-stock. Yes, the N tripod Adapter will work with the DCF-SP series according to the Ricoh UK website.BRUCE B : I am pleased with my adapter but don't know if it will fit their's, but suspect it will.DONALD T : I'm afraid I can't confirm. I use this adapter with the 20x60PCF-WPII and it works well with that binocular, however I've not had the DCF SP series so i cannot confirm. The threaded stud is 1/4-20 thread common to most binoculars so there is a good chance it will fit., and it is narrow where it fits between the objectives. To be absolutely certain you should contact Pentax (which is now Ricoh Imaging if I recall correctly)

Best adapter on the market

Even has a place to store your binocular's screw-cap will using the adapter.This adapter will not work with some roof prism models as the thumbscrew is too wide for them. Pentax used to make an adapter for roofs, but I don't know if it is still available. Kowa makes one suitable for roofs.

Pentax Adapter Fits Pentax 20x60 Binocs

Use to look at far off scenery over a bay in Japan. Very clear views & easy to fous. I use this Pentax 20x60 to supplement my Nikon 10.5x45 binocculars.
