Shopper : Can you link the MSDS for this product to this page?STEVEN H : Since Adorama does not allow me to attach "Links from other sites" as the warning says every time I try to help with the link to MSDS sheets. I guess you will have to just google it. Good luck.MARK P : The manufacturer must supply MSDS sheets for all products. You may have to ask for it but they will have it. I feel certain that the federal government uses this product and they will not purchase without a MSDS sheetLindsay B : Mixing caffenol. Not sure what MSDS is. As to what it does, off the top of my head potassium bromide is a restraining agent; i.e. it reduces the chemical reaction of the developer from spreading from silver halide grains exposed to specific level of light to adjacent grains that may have received a different level of light, making sharper, more defined images. It also has the effect of slowing down the reaction and in higher amount adds a greenish cast to the negative or print. Josef Sudeks vintage prints from the 1930s exhibited this cast.
