The PMA82 utilizes a conventional twisted cane arm with friction ball bearing for accurate measurements. This convenient meter is small, portable and measures wind speed in ft/min, m/sec, MPH, km/hr and knots. It also has a built-in thermometer, which can measure the temperature in both Fahrenheit and Celsius units. It stores maximum and minimum values for later reference. Automatically turns off after 15 minutes to save battery life.
