DOES NOT LIGHT UP OR SHOW RADIO STATION

This radio does not light up as shown in picture. It also does not display the radio station as shown in picture. Knobs are hard to turn with wet hands; other shower radio knobs are much easier to grip. Radio sound quality good enough for shower; nothing great.
