Questions about this item:

Emile A  can I connect this model to my TV to play DVD movies or project my photos?
ADAM C  Yes you can but I would avoid this model. I purchased this item in October 2012 and am very disappointed. The ipod dock feature does not work well and the system seems very low quality. I end up laying my ipod next to the system and run a 3.5 mm cord to connect. There was a Sony with a similar price range that I wish I went with.
Ginger M  Could I attach a speaker switch box to this?
SCOTT W  I believe you can add a speaker switch box to virtually any receiver or amplifier as they all have "outs" (ports or speaker attachments for speaker cable) on the back panel. If you are planning to run more than one set of stereo speakers from the receiver, just be sure that you don't drive (raise the volume level) too high as too many channels (speakers) from one source can be hard or even destructive on a receiver or amplifier if you drive them too hard. Good luck with the purchase should decide to do so. It looks like it has a number of real modern conveniences.
dustin p  Does this receiver come with a controller?
Andrew R  Do you mean a remote control? Unfortunately no, this unit does not include a remote control unit.
