Full NAS encryption technology ensures data security
QNAP's full NAS encryption by volume-based technology effectively ensures data security by encrypting all of the files stored in the default shared folders on the TVS-871. Even if the TVS-871 is encrypted, all the files can still be accessible via Windows SMB/CIFS, iSCSI and NFS protocols.
