Excellent with one caveat

I actually bought this filter on [...], but as it was a new, genuine item this review still applies and may be helpful to some of you.First of all, this is a high-class filter: beautiful construction, clearly does what it says it will do. So full marks there.The problem, I discovered, is that the *outside* diameter of the filter slightly exceeds the edge of my lens: that is, there is a slight ridge created by adding the filter. This would not be a problem, but I am using a Mamiya 6 and the hood fits so tightly on the bayonet (this is the 75mm) that I can't get the hood on after screwing in the filter! And of course, it's quite difficult to screw in a filter with a hood installed.This may not apply to everyone or every lens/hood combination - but be forewarned and test your fit before you start using the filter.
