Good case but doesn't have a strap of it's own to put over your shoulder or attach to your belt when you are using the camera. You have to throw it on the ground or ask someone to hold it for you. That's kinda awkward. Otherwise it is great.

I carry a nylon camera bag with no padding, so having this case gives the camera some more protection. I have a quick-release base for mounting on a tripod on the camera body, and it's a tight fit, but the case is big enough to leave it on.

Also fits the 18-135mm Zoom Lens w/Hood

Tight fit, but this cover also works with the 18-135mm zoom lens with the lens hood attached.

I bouhg this case to use as a back-up to my camera bag. When I only want to carry the camera and 18-70 lens (also fits my 70-210 zoom lens) it's a great case. Fits the camera well and protects the camera from bangs and scratches.

If you travel with just one lens, this is what you want! My 18-200VR lens fits (although little tight) in this case.
