The Pelican 1610 with dividers and wheels (a.k.a Pelican 1614) holds the bulk of my photographic equipment. I use it for transporting my gear to and from location shoots. It is large enough so that it can hold a multitude of lenses, pro SLR camera bodies, flash gear etc. You can even fit the compact Manfrotto 3373 light stand in it.
The case is deep enough such that lenses like 70-200mm ones can be stored standing up(hood stowed of course) and tall DSLR bodies like the Nikon D3 can be stored upright.
The Pelican 1614 is by no means light once fully loaded, but this is expected for a case with its capacity and sturdy construction. You can be assured your equipment stays protected and safely stowed away once the lid is secured shut.
I use it in combination with a pair of Brinks combination locks and two cable rope slings secured to the spare tire in my car's trunk. This makes it relatively safe to leave it in your vehicle for a short period of time should you need to. Think of it as a large, plastic safe.
Case fully loaded.
