These batteries are a life-saver for those of us who still treasure film-based SLR's and hand-held exposure meters requiring PX-625 batteries. It saves me the $$$ I would need to spend to have a camera repair facility re-calibrate the electronics on multiple cameras.

I'm glad they make this battery. Without it, alot of old cameras like my Pentax Spotmatic F would be limited to use without a light meter. I've only had my latest Wein in the camera for a week, but the last one I used lasted a reasonably long time (around 6 months, if I recall), but not nearly as long as conventional batteries like the LR44 (years). Still, they don't cost that much, and there aren't many other alternatives for alot of old cameras.

Finally a replacement battery that works just fine in old Canon F-1 SRL camera.

It works absolutely perfect on classic cameras such as the Yashicamat 124G, the Konica AutoreflexTC, and the Canon EF. I own all three, and with this battery the metering systems work as good as they did 30 years ago.
