Comments about Flashpoint Flashpoint PB-70 Universal Panorama Base:
The base is only for use between tripod and head and not between head and camera as claimed as the screw thread are 3/8 instead of the 1/4 for the camera tripod mount. It is also too thick for my liking.
If they have change the screw to a 1/4 with 3/8 adaptor it would solve the problem. End up returning it as i don't need another pan base for my head which already have one.

The base is too thick to begin with. The screw is the larger 3/8 screw so i can only be used between the tripod and the head and not between the head and the camera as stated. If they change the screw to the smaller 1/4 screw then i can be use between the head and the camera. Pity the designer miss it out so i have to return it.
