I use this with the RC2 head at sporting events
Well built and sturdy monopod. I'd recommend it if a full tripod might not be necessary but additional stability or heavier lens is needed.
Stability and the ease and quickness of changing heights and angles while following basketball or football action from the sidelines makes this monopod a genuine asset to a sports photographer.
Sturdy, reliable support that travels well and allows the sport or outdoor photographer the flexibility to shoot from just about any location.
I have used this 5 or 6 times since receiving it and find it very easy to use.
Just what I was wanting. Will last for years.
I am not disappointed at all with this lightweight, stable monopod. Would recommend it to everyone who can't always carry around a heavy tripod. One of the best.
This monopod depolys quickly, and feels secure. The sections lock into position and do not move. Big rugged monopod that can take a beating.
Travelled around the world with it and fit it in my suit case & backpack.

Good solid construction. Has worked great for me as needed for years now. It's a monopod - nothing fancy, overall a good value.
