Standard for the U212 Pro tripod. Just happy that I could still get them for a good price. I have several cameras of different types and is great to be able to attach to each body for quick changes.

I have not been able to use my tripod since the early 1990's, becuase I lost that piece. Not that I have it and one extra incase I loose another, I can enjoy my tripod because it is a heavy duty and sturdy tripod. Thanks for having that part I have been searching for for so long.
