Thunder Gray is always my "go to" background color for shooting as you can alter the intensity so easily by lighting vs. not lighting the background itself.

I love this paper, but this size is difficult to work with because its so large :) Also, it came torn at the ends due to packaging and taping of paper.
I use this background everyday in my studio and on location. It's rugged, packs well and displays great. As other reviewers have said, the color is different from that shown in the thumbnail. Less blue gray and more black gray. Keep in mind the limitations of paper (creases, rips, dimples or sagging or bowing of the middle if poorly supported) and you should do well. It came to me packed very well with the shipping tube doubling as a great way to protect the paper while in storage or on my way to location. Highly recommended!
The hue tone on the grey is not as I expected.
This is a staple in my studio. Great for fashion shoots, boudoir shoots and head shots when you're looking to really shine a spotlight on your client. Make it black by keeping lights away from the background. Or varied shades of gray by changing up your lighting. Love it!
I really loved this color on my screen but it did seem slightly different when it arrived. I stilllovethe color, it's just that I was expecting ore of a bluefish grey and it in person is more of a dark grey, no blue.
The perfect "neutral" dark gray. Standard shipping only took 1 day in NYC. I was very happy.
I was worried due to many negative feedback about torn roll. Roll came with little bit of tear (2ft). Just unroll it carefully and cut off the section.
Great price, easy to use, fairly awkward storage if you don't have a wall mount
I only wish I would have bought more!
I love this color! One can vary the ammount of light to create different tonalities on the background and add different gels to the flash to change the background color. Looks fantastic!
