Description
The efficiencies of volume production make it possible for us to offer a full-featured, professional 4x5" enlarger at an outstanding price. The 4500-II has a slightly lower-wattage lamp (200W vs. 250W), shorter chassis and column, and a smaller baseboard than the 4550XLG. All of the other features and construction are identical; that's a lot of bang for your enlarger buck! Whether you are looking to equip a school darkroom or are considering a move up from medium format, this world-class enlarger is the way to go. Filtration modules and all other accessories are completely interchangeable with 4550XLG.

All standard features of 4500-II, with:
Features
Dual filtration channels in one head. Channel one is calibrated for Kodak Polycontrast III RC and compatible papers (grades 0-5), channel two is calibrated for Ilford Multigrade III RC and compatible papers (grades 0-5).
Memory-Lock white-light system for easy focusing.
Automatic neutral density (ND) filter keeps exposure times constant throughout the contrast range.
