Essential for shooting interiors

I shoot interiors and use these to change the color of my flash units to match the white balance of the camera. I use both of these for incandescent or fluorescent lighting along with the white one for daylight. They will soften the light somewhat too, but I'd still bounce the flash off something anyway.
