I mistakenly returned this product.

from Nashville, TN  -  Avid Do-It-Yourselfer

I've had Sherwood receivers in the past and they were probably the best receivers for the money. I placed something on top of the receiver that made it automatically stop running. The screen said protect and wouldn't work. Later I found out that having something placed on top of the receiver wouldn't work as it would overheat. My apologizes to Adorama for returning it. Of course, I rated it not good since I never really got to try it out. It could well have been a 5 rating.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  why cant I get the FM to work, when the FM Mono, and AM does. Could it be the location of the antenna, near window?
JOSE R  I have had a similar problem. it seems that their FM antenna is too weak to pick up a somewhat distant signal.
Shopper  why do this receiver cut off will i turn it pass 36?
Andrew R  For technical support or warranty service I recommend contacting the manufacturer directly.
Shopper  Comparing the RX4109 and the RX5502, which receiver will give me the option of using speakers A, speakers B, or both? That's three separate switch positions. Thanks!
Andrew R  I believe that the RX-4109 will allow you to Choose between two sets of speakers (A and B sets), or both using the buttons on the front of the receiver
