If you fancy yourself an audiophile, quit reading now, don't buy these or any earbuds under $100. You'll just get whiney and complain. These are for backups to your good ear buds or for kids/teens who go through headphones every few months or audiobooks or any other recordings with bitrates under 128.Some reviews say they suck, have no bass, sound tinny, etc. Let's cut to the chase, they are what they are: uppper low-end ear buds. They're better than most in their price range, but not as good as Panasonic, Phillips, or even the cheap Sony models.They sound just fine for the price. If you put the proper size cups on them, they will have bass and clean treble (not tinny sounding). Regardless of the brand, if you don't put them in your ears right and/or don't use the proper size cups, they'll sound like [*].These earbuds will NOT rock your world with bass or scramble your brain with super crisp highs like $100+ Bose or $200 Shure or better. They're [$] +/-, so adjust your expectations to the price.I must warn you, however, they aren't very rugged. If you pull them out of your ears by the cord, you'll get a short in the cable w/in a week. If you pull them out of your ear by the plastic housing, they'll be fine for 6 months or more. By that time the plastic housing will come loose, you'll forget and yank the cords, or just lose them. But, who cares, they're cheap buy a [$] pair twice a year or do without for a long time til you can save up for some good ones (like Shure or Bose).

Looks great, fits all sizes of inner ears, the sound quality is amazing for the lightweight styling of these ear-buds.
