just what I needed

Used to charge walkman so I don't have to depend on hookup with computer. Nice compact size with no extra cords to fool with.

Charges Apple & Sony Devices (Readers)

I purchased this because I have several Apple devices (iPhone/iPod,etc.), as well as a bunch of Sony Readers (PRS-350,PRS-650,etc.). Apple uses a non-standard USB wiring to indicate to the iPhone(etc.) that it's connected to a power charger as opposed to a computer. Because it's not a standard, many Sony devices will not charge with an Apple or 3rd Party iPhone charger. This Charger has a switch that changes "wiring" from iPhone mode to USB standard and back. That way one charger will work with my iPhone AND my Sony devices. It works perfectly for my Sony Readers as well as my iPhones, even the iPhone 5 and iPad Mini. Even though this is a Sony item, it's inexpensive so I don't feel ripped off just because Apple and Sony couldn't get along. Highly recommended.

Great product Fast delivery

Charger is small and compact. Easy enough to carry around and use when not near a computer to charge my MP3 player.
