Ear plug type headphones fall out when I am working out. Headphones that cover the ears get destroyed by sweat. These headphones are the best of both worlds. The only thing is the cable is a few inches too short to put my iPod in my short's pocket. But they come with a 24" extension cord, a small inconvenience.

Headband style headphones are very hard to find & I hate earbuds because they fall out when I run...not to mention they're more difficult to store because they get tangled up. I love Sony headband headphones because they sound so much better than anything else out there in this price range. I highly recommend these as they are extremely well made and sound amazing and they stay in place at all times. The only thing I'd change if I could is make the cord, when the extension is added, shorter...or make the short cord longer. But, I still love these headphones in spite of this small flaw in the design.
