Horrible and Uncomfortable

These headphones start to hurt your ears after five minutes and sound extremely hollow. also forget about listening to your phone while it is in your pocket, any slight movement of the plug and you will loose all sound.

Terrible product

These headphones are made terribly. They have been replaced by Sony 3 times and I'm giving up. Absolutely never buy these!

Very poor quality

After using these earbuds for a week, the left bud stopped working. So, I went back to bestbuy and bought another one. Same thing after another week. Absolutely pathetic. I know this is a common problem with "cheap" earbuds, but 1 week? Sony continues to disappoint me.
