Stopped working in less than a year.
Stopped working in less than a year with limited use. The LED is purple and there is nothing we can do to get rid of it. Saw online that this is a common issue.

8 weeks old and quit working
I bought this at the end of March and the quit working. Up until this weekend I used them only for online meetings and occasionally listening to music while working around the house. Used them while cutting the grass yesterday and with the humidity got a little sweaty. By the time I was finished the music was still playing in my ear but I could not turn them headphones off. I?ve tried charging them and resetting them with no luck. This is very frustrating. I realize they are an inexpensive model, but I am disappointed in Sony with these.

STOPS WORKING AFTER 6 MOS
IT worked great for all sorts of activity. used it for all forms of listening. then 6 mos later it stops charging. tried to reset it- nothing. stopped charging it because the manual mentioned something about overcharging. it turned on then lasted 5 mins. i did not expose to extreme weather. all the wires are secure and sounds is usually good. sooo be aware that there might be some sort of battery change needed. and in the time of COVID there is no one to answer phones or talk to. Walmart is not accepting returns either so im inclined to get my money back somehow and keep hunting for a perfect bluetooth device. this has been the most frustrating thing.

QUICK REVIEW
I bought these headphones due to the fact hat my Lg headphones finally have up after 5 years and did not make that model anymore. every time you move, the headphones pick up the rubbing noise. very very very annoying. due to the virus, i cant even take them back right now.

Worked well only 1 month
Bought it about 3 months ago. Worked well the 1st month, I could hear and speak perfectly but then I started hearing crackling noises through the speaker then I couldn't hear the other person speaking back to me and they couldn't hear me. I can only listen to music but I cannot speak to anybody through the speaker.

Horrible earphones
I returned them because of their awful sound. People could not hear me even though I tried to call from different phones. I always had a good impression about the Sony brand, but this was a great disappointment.

I like the battery life just wish there was a Retractable function that allowed the earbuds to be safely secure instead of just hanging down when I’m not using them .Sound quality is very loud plus I like the fact that when exiting my car I’m still connected to the Bluetooth .I had other Bluetooth’s prior to this one and I’ll always have to disconnect and reconnect in mid conversation.

Battery life
Works as expected. Battery life is great, at least 20 hours. Just wish there was a better way to store the earbuds when not in ust.

Good product, but not what I expected...
It’s not white at all. More like a light grey. There’s a function to pause/play, volume control, power off on and check battery life. But you can’t skip ahead or go back to a previous song on your playlist.

Look wise good ear phones but for the usage wise not preferable, calls have echo even for small outside noise and getting buzz sound when you touches the wire and hole side of mike area.

Really great Bluetooth headphones
At first glance, I thought the large "prongs" of this headphone would feel like a horseshoe around my neck. But I'm pleasantly surprised that I don't feel it at all once I'm wearing it.
Things I love about this headphone: (1) The earbuds fit into my ear without the "tugging" that you get with other Bluetooth sets. The battery and controls are housed in the prongs, which balance things nicely. (2) You can remove your earbuds without fear the headphones will slip off your neck (great for exercising). (3) Turning on/off/pairing is quick and foolproof, with a pleasant female voice speaking to you. (4) Controls are easy to reach and are intuitive.
About the only drawback I can think of is the sound quality is rather thin, as others have noted. Less "rich" than other earbud Bluetooth sets I've used. But I listen mainly to podcasts, so this is not a big issue.
