These lenses ensure maximum edge-to-edge sharpness, high resolution and contrast, and an image free of distortion and color fringing.

These New Generation magnifiers have been redesigned to provide an accurate image over a larger eye-to-loupe distance range. The neck strap assembly has been redesigned as well in order to provide a stronger, more secure attachment. In addition, focusing is now free from cord twisting and the base is specially designed to prevent damage to negatives and slides.

Every Schneider loupe delivers excellent image fidelity for precise evaluation of slides and negatives. In addition, the 4X, 6x7, and 6X ASPHERIC loupes each come with interchangeable translucent and opaque bases, ideal for viewing contact sheets as well as transparencies. High contrast and lack of flare also make Schneider loupes perfect for focusing on the ground glass of large-format cameras.

The Schneider 4x Loupe is a universal magnifier of high resolution. The image it produces is distortion-free even at bigger viewing distances, eliminating eyestrain. It has an interchangeable base for viewing both proof sheets and photographs.
