The housing has been dramatically streamlined from other existing DX models, enabling greater maneuverability and ease of use. It is so compact that its outer dimensions approximate those of the camera. It is rugged and lightweight, with easy-access, responsive controls.

The housing is host to features that will nurture your creativity and allow expansion as your prowess at digital imaging grows. There is one Nikon 5-pin and one 6-pin connector. You can use the optional TTL converter for TTL flash control with the 6-pin connector. The shutter-activated focus light connector is also standard. It allows use of the shutter-activated focus light, an invaluable aid in AF macro shooting. A wide array of Nx ports will accommodate the extensive array of Canon interchangeable lenses.
