This tablet is for my daughter's use and she is legally blind. She can only read messages or texts using invert colors setting, but it seems this tablet does not have that feature. The talk back setting is only good to find things on google but it does not activate or deactivate things on the tablet. I am disappointed.

Ibought this device to play Words With Friends @. This device comes preloaded with all kinds of apps I will never use like Youtube, books, music etc. Thing is factory preloaded apps you CANNOT EVER DELETE. The app continually crashes. The battery only last about 4 hours. Again, I only use 1 app and it can't even handle that. This is the worst buy I have ever made. Do not buy this product. I was specifically told by a computer store this is not made to play this game.

We bought this tablet last Christmas, for my 7 yr. old daughter. Previously, she had completely destroyed 5 tablets. From dropping them, to spilling liquids on them, to shattering the screen, she had done it all. We were obviously hesitant to spend the money on a new tablet, but this was what she had asked Santa for.... We have gotten through 10 whole months and it's still going strong!

This tablet is easy to use. It is easy to set up and after using two other tablets in the past, I can say easily this one is much better than the other two name brand tankers I have used. Good battery life for the money.

Previously purchased one for our 7 year old granddaughter and she loves it. Now purchased one for her 5 year old brother to free up our phones. The only issue that I would like to comment is that the memory should be a minimum of 16GB with all the games they download.

Dissiponted that there was no front facing camera and no flash on rear camera. And the WiFi signal is week compared to any other divide we have. Also the Android platform is 4.4.4 also would have liked to have 4g ability but knew it didn't the price was good the cameras or lack of was the biggest letdown.

I like the battery power the most. I can listen to 3 hour podcasts 3 or 4 times and still have ample battery life left. I`m 70 years old so it`s taking me a while to utilize all the features investigate. Good product,good price.

I bought a tablet in Aug, 2016. Don't know why I was having problems, but took it back to Best Buy and they honored the warranty. I got a new one. Not sure if it is the tablet or not, but I don't like the format I get on facebook or gmail. Now if the battery has to be recharges in the evening it doesn't like to work. I always do a full recharge. Might take it back to Best Buy as I might be doing something wrong. Other than that I really like it. Would buy again if this one goes bad. Usually don't have a problem with Samsung.

Bought this tablet as a replacement for an older model due to screen being cracked. It is a good tablet (bought for 11yr old except one main thing, no camera on front of tablet. I really didnt consider that at this point in time I would really NEED to check for that as everything is so "selfie" now, but apparently i should have. I definitely would have opted for a different model. The whole point was the camera as my daughter really enjoys making all types of videos. But this isnt worth the money if you face-time, snap chat or any of those things. My son, her brother, is in the military and we tend to face time or kik with him, this model certainly doesnt help with that. Perhaps it will be replaced in the near future....

This tablet has spent less than 30 days in my hands. It spends more time in a box going back and forth to Samsungs warranty center. Within 18 days of purchase the tablet lost color and had lines on the screen, which made it unusable. This will be the 3rd trip to repairs in less than 90 days.
