Item works as expected. Clear sound no interference. Ear piece is uncomfortable but primary use is in car. I would hate to have to wear it for more than and hour at a time. Looking at different earpieces to find one more supple.

It is not comfortable for people w/small ear canals. The inside of my ear was sore by the end of the day.

I needed this headset to use with my Magic Jack unit on my laptop.The sound is muffled,lots of static even when i am within a few feet from my laptop, very lousy range,Samsung claims 30 feet,i could not get 20 feet tops,i tried it with my Nokia cell phone and the results were not much better.Plastic piece that holds the device to the ear broke the second time i used it. I am not feeling bad for the purchase,it cost me [$]

My truck is loud and I have to max it out or hold it tight in my ear to hear anything. I think that's the main problem, that it won't stay in my ear. I considered heating and re-forming the ear clip but it broke before I could try. It broke removing the clip to configure it for the other ear. What's sad is that this happened before I have even received my mail-in rebate. This is not worth the time and trouble since you just end up holding it up to your ear instead of the phone.

I really like my old moto with folding boom. It's bigger, but it turns on and off instantly, no doubts about it's status. Got this to replace it, since I couldn't find it. Finally found it; this one is going to the kids to play with.

Nothing spectacular, but sound quality is quite good. People on the other end don't complain at all about hearing me or average background noise. The problem is that the ear hook broke in the first week. Samsung will be happy to "replace" it for $2.99 (More than I've paid for the headset after rebate). Granted, I keep it in my pocket because it does bother my ear after a while if I wear it all the time. If you aren't too hard on it, it might wear better for you, but I'm going to keep shopping for something more durable.

I generally use this when I'm driving or working around the house and don't want to carry my phone and remain hands free. Although I can hear the caller clearly, they say I sound like I'm in a tunnel. Lightweight, the bud is uncomfortable in my ear and the loop part is too big for me so not a good fit. I purchased it with a full mail-in rebate, so hard to beat the price for a back-up.

Pros: Easy set up, lightweight Cons: Poor sound quality and low volume when commuting in automobile. Falls off ear.

Mostly when driving, when I tried to use it for work it kept falling off. The sound quality is great and it is easy to use. If the ear clip was more durable (broke after two days) and the thing stayed on my ear this would be a great all around useful product. I would like to use it for work so I didn't have to chace down my cell phone to answer it.

The headset is great - it's got good sound quality, is light weight and easy to use. The only gripe I had is about it's fit...it's a bit uncomfortable. Maybe it's just my ear being strangely shaped.

This is my first bluetooth headset so I have no basis of comparison, but this headset is working fine for me. It fits nicely in the ear. Range is about 10-12 feet, which is what I expected. The controls are a bit complitated at the beginning since there is only one button on the unit, but you get the hang of it after a while.

While this headset is attractive and has good battery life, it is extremely uncomfortable. The earpiece does not fit inside of my ear very well, if at all. The clip on ear hook is unattractive and very chinsy, so I don't expect it will last long. I think they expect the ear bud to "pinch" your ear, which leaves the headset resting against your head. The problem with this is it's not very secure (can fall out when you hit a bump while driving), it's difficult to put on, and it's uncomfortable. Sound quality is good, had no problems pairing, but I don't think it will get much use from me because how uncomfortable it is. Much prefer the less "sexy" WEP-301 that I own with it's in-ear type bud. Comfy, lightweight, and stays put.

I own over 10 bluetooth headphones and earpieces. They are from the gamut of suppliers, 4 from one of the best names. No one can hear me on any of those and I've used wired sets for years just to be heard. This Samsung right out of the box solved all that. People can hear me. I bought 3 and my wife had the same response from her friends. And; you can not be the value!

I have been through 3 or 4 different headsets. Either they didn't fit properly, or the battery died fast. This one fit right into my ear easily and worked great from the first time.
