What's the point to spend thousands of dollars for a good camera and good lens and put a ''cheap'' filter that destroy the precision of the photos ? Please don't waist you money on cheap stuff !

This is a high value purchase. I wouldn't consider this a top end professional grade filter by any means but for a tenth of the price it is a great tool for a novice like myself to start experimenting with filters.

This filter is pretty good, I use it to take the glare out when shooting at a river or lake, you can also use it when shooting flowers after raining it help taking the glare of the rain on them.

A great price for a filter I don't mind taking to the beach or forest. Price is cheap enough that it is easy to replace. No problems if know the basics of taking care of camera equipment.

Light rays which are reflected by any surface become polarised and polarising filters are used to select which light rays enter your camera lens.
They allow you to remove unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water, glass etc.
They also saturate colors and increase contrast.
