Seems to work as it should. Smooth shadowless light. Wish it had variable output but I am sure I will adapt. Great for macro

I use this in my studio for fill flash and side rim lighting does an awesome job. I have also used it on camera at parties and receptions, also does an amazing job. As fill light in shade and sunlight it's hard to beat. Shadows are soft just as if you were using a softbox. Love it Love it Love it. I just ordered my second one.[...]

Preforms as promised. An out-put power control would be nice, ie; 1/4, 1/2, full.

It dosen't produce much power, that's ok, I wanted to use it as a fill flash. The biggest drawback is it is big, awkward, and throws the balance of the camera off it you attach it to the hotshoe on your camera. The bracket will hold 2 units, but I think that would be way to heavy to mount on most cameras. I do need to attach this with the pc cable to sync the flash.

This is a great little flash for on location where electricity is a problem. Also works great with an umbrella on a stand. I recommend using a pc sync cable because in bright light the slave trigger is very sensitive and will just continue to fire.
