The perfect replacement and time saver.
I purchased this quick mount to compliment the one that came with my tripod. I keep one on my camera body and the 2nd one is attached to the tripod mount on my Nikon 70-200 VRII. It was difficult to continually swap the mount when I changed lenses. This works perfectly and I don't worry about dropping the mount or the lenses any longer.
