Yard & Patio General Purpose Binocular
I bought this binocular for my wife.She wanted a small, lightweight binocular that would be easy to hold steady.She is using the optic to observe hummingbirds in our backyard and patio.Being able to close focus was a strong factor in the selection of these little binoculars.The close focus distance is much shorter that the manufactures specifies. My wife and I, both, can easily focus to within 3 feet. The Factory claims 4 feet.The Swift Eaglet are very easy to hold steady and the 7x magnification is still adequate to spot hummers across the yard in our dessert willows.The image is bright and clear.And, quick to come into focus.The Eaglets are small, handy and offer sufficient power for short range bird watching.
