A great item at a very reasonable price. The rubberized casing looks like it will withstand a lot of punishment in the field.

Better than the 6.99 binoculars from discount stores, but not much better, minus one "eye". Small and convenient. But for any serious use, get something better.

Glass seems very good but focus is a little stiff, the rubber on the focus ring touches the rubber on the barrel. If you need to focus quickly or with one hand this monocular will not suite you well. It seems very sturdy and is easy to grip. I removed the lanyard, it was flimsy and always in the way.
