There are a lot of binoculars advertised as "waterproof" that will fog up in a moderate downpour. But these are the real deal. Complete waterproofing, individual eye focusing, and built-in protective eyepiece and objective lens covers. They are sharp and contrasty- more so than most inexpensive binoculars, shock resistant, waterproof and big enough to be handy. A good value all around. Certainly the best choice in boating bino and great for the price. I strongly recommend.
