Solid, well built and sturdy

I use this for studio work and events. Its solidity and sturdy construction keep all vibration from my pictures. It is a little heavy. I would not use this tripod for hiking in the bush.

Priced Good - Stability could improve

from Orlando, FL  -  Business Owner

Tripod seems to be a good deal for the money spent on it. I have used it briefly to film a few scenes and the movement is decent within the fluid head. I always want finer tuned controls but this one seems to be ok. My main issues are (1) it is a little heavy and (2) the legs are not very stable on carpet or outside. It has no spikes and the tripod just simply moves around a bit if there's nothing firm to plant it to. All around, though, I like this tripod. I shopped around a bit because of my limited budget and this one had just about everything I wanted other than spiked feet. I took a leap on the brand because of my lack of knowledge with Davis and Sanford and I am relatively happy I did.

Works great

from Houston, TX  -  Photo Enthusiast

As a fairly serious still photographer, I am just getting into video and this tripod is working well for my purposes. A little heavy, but very stable and easy to use.

Great Tripod for the money

from Atlanta, GA  -  Semi-pro Photographer

So far have use this for 2 Sporting shoots. Works great and looks and feels Professional. A lttile heavy to carry a long time but the bag is great. Weight also aids in it's great stability. Super height!

Just what I needed.

from Kennewick, Wa  -  Casual Photographer

Great step up from the light weights. Wind and uneven ground were a major consideration in ordering. Sales rep knew his equipment when he recommended this one. I needed quality when using such a heavy telephoto or a chronograph. Hey, you get what you pay for.
