Roomy slipcase, made of high grade material.

No frills and brake check spills
This is as light weight as a bag can be. Only downside is front pouch won't seal with a pad of paper in it. Que me throwing in passenger seat, hitting the brakes and watching my front pouch empty out. Good bag overall.

My first lap top and carrying case
Case is large enough to fit my 17in. Laptop and still have so much room. Everything I need fits in perfectly!

XPS-17 laptop travel bag well meets my needs
I like it. fits laptop and docking station and my full size mouse. Lots of room and well protective.

good, with some reservations
So far I like the laptop but I don't appreciate that it no longer includes traditional usb ports so that I a compelled to get adapters for the mouse, and thumb drives, which is particularly annoying. I am also not a fan of the touch-pad, but that is just a personal preference.

Was theTargus the right fit for me?
For my purposes, which was to carry my XPS 17, it was too bulky. For the person who want to carry lots of other accessories, it may be the right fit.

Lap top is not secure in the brief case
OK. No interior padding, so lots of movement of the 17 inch device in the carrying case. Too much. Also, no sensible place of charging cord to go. It fits, but clumsy and bulgy. But the big issue is that the lap top is not secure in the brief case.

It is sufficient for carrying your 17 inch laptop but would be better if it was wider with outside compartments to store wireless mouse, power cords, other accessories.

No complaints. The material is really light and I assume strong. I only use the bag to store my laptop. I don't carry it around during the day so I can't judge how it handles the daily wear and tear.

BETTER CHOICES...
Quality to price ratio...not worth it! Didn't feel like going through Dell customer service for an RMA. I'll use it as a power supply tote.

I have not used the bag yet. Even so I do not think that is as quality of product as other bags. I have bought all my computers from dell and the required bags. They are better padded then the new one.
