TrendNet 2-Port KVM Switch - Easy to install and ease to use!

Reasonable price for a great product! I am able to switch monitors between my personal desktop and work laptop. When in laptop mode my monitor is set up as extended view. This has help me through our current WFH situation. I definitely recommend this product.

Incompatible

Tried to use it with my 2 Dell computers. Connected fine with my Dell Ispiron Laptop, didn't work at all with my Precision T5810 workstation. Useless.

BAD FUNCTIONING

If 2 computers turn on at about same time; one of PC screen resolution will messed up and can't adjust In order to make both PCs work; If the switch at location 1, the PC #1 have to turn on and wait until It's complete boot up; and do the same thing for PC#2 at switch location 2

doesn't work

Ordered this switch to assist me in transfer from XP computer to new Dell Windows7 computer. Could not get switch to work at all with the Windows7 computer. Went to local supplier and purchased KVM which works fine. Probably defective switch but not worth hassle to return. Very inexpensive for KVM switch, should have been more cautious.
