Trek-Tech MagMount exceeds expectations!
I use the MagMount on my Benro monopod with great results. The ballhead is compact but secures the DSLR well, but I must use the safety clip. I am very happy with my purchase.
Works great for a Rebel on 790B monopod
This head works great with my Canon Rebel XT on a Bogen / Manfrotto 790B monopod. Nice and light, yet the magnetic hold is very secure. No problems with the camera coming off, even without the safety clip. It definitely increases the usability of a monopod. See the VersaMount which is sometimes bundled with the MagMount.
