Shopper : will a dslr with grip fit in this?SCOTT M : the pockets in the bag are adjustable so it will depend on many other goodies you want to store in ti. I do not have a grip fit so I can store the camera three lenses detachable flash, various odds and ends. I have traveled internationally with this bag and it is easy to use and manoveur on airplanes. If you have lots of gadgets get the larger model but be prepared for a weighty excursionVIKRAM K : Yes it does. I have a Canon XSI w/grip .WILLIAM S : Yes - I keep a 7D with grip in this bag all the time. Usually, I have the 100mm macro lens attached, so I use one of the padded dividers to support the lens, but it fits perfectly.CARRIE S : Yes it's tight but still zipps easily . Good bag fits quite a bit of gear only downside is the little pouches in the top row of the storage are useless nothing stays in them.

Great Backpack

I liked this backpack the first time I saw it. I looked at many afterwards, but eventually bought this one. All my camera gear fit easily into it, including my Sigma 50-500mm lens. I have one camera, 3 lenses, a 2x teleconverter, 3 extension tubes, extra batteries, a memory safe, and much more and still have some room left. I love it's padded exterior and movable partitions. I really like the way a tripod attaches to the outside easily. Looking forward to using it in Alaska next year.

Love this backpack!

This bag has been perfect for my needs holds just what I need and is comfortable to carry through miles of rough terrain. It protects well in the rain and mud.

It works for Me!

This bag holds all I currently own: a Cannon t1i DSLR, the 2 kit lenses (EF-S 18-55 and 55-250mm), Kenko extension tube set, Sigma 2X teleconverter, and Sigma 50-500mm zoom lens. There are also batteries, charger, memory case, camera remotes, manuals, lens cleaning supplies, and a small amount for future use. It weighs over 20 pounds, but I wouldn't want to leave anything out. The top handle is convenient for quick movement and the straps work well for backpacking. A chest strap keeps it firmly in place. It really works for me. If I wanted more lenses, it may not quite hold all of them. I would have to choose some to stay behind or get another pack. I don't know which I would choose, as I like this pack.

great bag - lots of room -not to heavy

I had a smaller version but with my digital SLR and 3 lenses I didn't have any more room and was frustrated sometimes that I felt like things were tight. With this one there is no problem - lots of room - and everything stays organized - I love it

Good light backpack

Will easily hold my Nikon D200 with 80-400 and three or four other lenses, or flash and accessories but fewer lenses. Seems like a good size for my use.
