I used this bag to carry around a Nikon D300 + 105mm 2.8 + 50mm 1.8 + 18-200mm VR. It carried all three of these lenses along with the camera body just fine. But that was it, if you have anything more than the things listed here, then i would serach for a larger bag. The main compartment is great, with padded velcro dividers that stay put when you stick them to the walls of the bag. The front, back and side pockets are pretty narrow and are not able to hold very much stuff when you pack the main compartment full with a body/lenses/flash. I am currently shopping for a larger one, due to the fact that i am carrying a larger lens (17-35 2.8) around with me now, so i need more space. Also, with these things packed into the main compartment, it is difficult to utilize the space in the front pocket for filters, batteries, and other such accessories that I carry around with me. For 1 SLR camera body, and a couple narrow or short lenses or a lens and a flash, this bag is perfect!!! ...But if you're planning on carrying anything more, then you should search for something larger.
