This bag is incredible! Function, durability, capacity, etc. There are infinite setups using the dividers. Plenty of pockets. Example of my gear, 2- 7D's one gripped, one with 17-55 lens attached , other with 85mm lens attached, 50mm lens, lensbaby composer, 60mm macro lens, 17-50 tamron vc lens, hoodman loupe, all the hoods for lenses. This is just in the main compartment!

First of all, be warned that this bag can cause extreme scoliosis if you insist on using it a an everyday carry bag. It is huge and will hold an enormous amount of gear. It truly is a monster bag. I use it for storage, travel and have found it to be an invaluable aid in keeping gear organized. It's great to have it all in one bag where you can find it in an instant and I have never been that well organized. It is very well constructed and padded to protect your equipment. I like having a bag that you can just stick in the van for a job and know that everything is there. I still have to load a lighting bag and stand /tripod bag but this monster sure makes life easier. The zippers are smooth,it closes up to be very dust free and it cleans up easily from being used in dusty, dirty places. My only negative is the tripod strap/buckle system on the bottom, but I removed those buckles (surgically and forever). It just got in the way and i couldn't imagine having a decent sized tripod hanging off of the bottom. If you have a lot of gear to keep track of and travel with, this is the bag for you.

I was amazed at the amount of gear I was able to pack in this bag. Two DSLRs, 5 lenses, flash, and about 90% of my other gear. I would highly recommend this bag.

I have one of the older Tamrac bags that looks almost exactly like this one and I'm able to carry a laptop in the back zipper compartment. When I acquired this one I had hoped to carry a laptop as well as camera equipment being a sports photographer and having to transmit images from events but there's no where to put a laptop. I'll still use the bag when a computer isn't necessary but that is about half the time. This is a good example why we should see and touch products in person before buying.

Great bag, still not the ONE that does all, but will hold most of my gear and will stand up to years of abuse. This one has both a zipper and quick release tabs on the main flap. A lot of times I need a zipper to seal off the main compartment as this bag will spend a lot of time in the bed of a SxS taking on a lot of dust and dirt/sand. When not taking on dust the QR buckles are perfect to getting at the camera quick and easy. It carries a lot of weight and is ok to tote around for quite awhile on your shoulder.

I am learning Camera Bags are a very personal item and I purchased this based on the sales persons recommendation. I ended up using it for my other camera but the real problem for me is I have to much stuff and needed a larger bag. Overall this is a great bag for one camera and two lenses and a flash but not more the that in my opinion.

Bought this bag because I got tired of having to buy a new bag every time I bought a new piece of equipment. This bag fits all my current equipment and has plenty of room to upgrade.

Great bag with quite a bit of room and good protection for equipment. I have two SLRs and 6 lenses stored in my bag as well as plenty of room for other items such as batteries and memory cards. Great storage bags with straps that are attached so they won't be lost.

Needed to consolidate equipment (two cameras and equipment) into one bag. I wanted something to carry my stuff, keep it safe and then to store my stuff between shoots. I think I've found the bag that's ideal for all those things. It is big, perhaps too big for two cameras and equipment but if I acquire more things I have room. Also, it has enough pockets and I never thought I would find a bag I could say that about.

Over the past 2 decades I have owned several pro series 35mm bags from major manufactures, but this is the first from Tamrac, and I have to say that this bag takes the lead. This bag is made for rugged use and heavy loads, for the photographer who needs to carry a lot of gear in one bag. I carry two d-slr bodies, seven lenses, one pro flash with power grip and battery pack, six camera baterries and charger, several lense hoods, remote cables, four microdrives, cleaning kit, 12 AA and charger, plus various misc items. This bag's size is just big enough for everything I need to carry while on the go but not so big that I carry things I don't need. The storage is well arranged and very protective. I never have to cram things wherever they'll fit. The padding is very sufficient without wasting space. The dividers in the main compartment are easily adjustable and versatile, and hold my gear securely in place. The lid is well secured with a durable zipper, velcro and four clips. I am always confident that my gear will be carried safely, even with all the weight I carry. These straps and clips can really carry a load. This bag is very durable in construction, with thick canvas and strong stitching. I have been abusing it for almost a year and it looks as good as new. The pull out memory card holders work great. They are teathered by elastic straps, so I never worry about leaving a memory card wallet behind. It fits well as a carry-on for all commercial flights, so I can keep it with me on every plane, and everthing inside is easily accesible when security wants to inspect it. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this bag and will recommend it to the pro and the novice who wants to look like a pro.
