I got this to carry accessories when in the field and either need more room than my smallish camera bag or want to go without a bag slowing me down. This works well for that. It has a backpack-type padded belt and a secure nylon band (that is smaller than the belt in width and length) to which you can attach clip-style accessory bags. So far, I have attached a lens case, a filter case, a holster for my monopod, an eyeglasses case and a case for my smart phone and I still have some room left for more (but not much). The belt sizing is a little weird until you realize they provide the extra length so you can wear this over bulky winter clothing.

I had tried both belt systems from ThinkTank and Tamrac. Tamrac has the best belt. I have a petite body frame with 24" waist. It stays put and doesn't hurt my hip bone after carrying all the gear with me for a 10-hour wedding job. This belt is totally adjustable and comfortable. Tamrac's belt system cases are absolutely well-built with great padding construction. However, Tamrac's modular components are less flexible when comparing with ThinkTank. ThinkTank has more accessory components for various light-duty purposes. So, I just mix and match both systems.
