Comfortable!
Very Comfortable, I use it with my Canon 40D. I have the BG-E2N battery grip as well as a Canon EF 100-400mm IS lens hanging off it, and it was very comfortable.
The perfect camera strap
The padded leather prevents the camera from slipping off the shoulder. The quick release snaps make it easy to remove when mounting on a tripod. The two attached memory card holders means you'll always have extra cards handy without having to search your pockets or camera bag. I also appreciate not having the name of the camera emblazoned on the strap, so to be less inviting for someone to steal it. The best strap I've ever used in 40 years of photography.
All Tamrac camera straps are designed to work with slotted connectors and standard, split-ring connectors. All straps with quick connectors can be interchanged with any other Tamrac strap allowing cameras to be quickly changed with various strap systems.
