Perfect for tethering a tripod to the camera bag. Adjustable straps can be cut to length easily. Sturdy hold, reliable clip. This simple accessory goes a long way.

I travel to out of the way places and this bag protects form shock and moisture and is very well thought out and designed. Very durable, as you would expect from Tamrac. Enough room for Nikon D200 and some accessories, computer and charger and a light jacket. Just perfect for my needs.

Out of the box these straps are nice looking and have a good quality feel. They slip right on to the bottom of my backpack (3385 Aero Speed Pack 85 Dual Access Photo Backpack) and are adjustable for both my tripods (I have a bulky set of Promaster legs with an induro head that raises to about 72" and a Gitzo Ocean Traveler); there is extra slack on both and could probably accommodate a much larger tripod, not big deal. All in all I am happy and have had no problems, the only thing that kinda worries me are: the clamps are made of plastic. So a bad move while hiking in some rocks may break them, but, i'd be much more worried about the tripod at that point anyway,,,
