The old P4 was too slow to capture every frame. The faster machines could. The question given is not clear. Who's overdeveloped programming? Terratec's? Blocks is either a noun or an incorrectly used transitive verb. Some clarity would make this easier to answer. Is this a driver issue blocking data traffic, is this a connector-block that does not plug into another connector-block.
