I use this bag on hikes and when I will be changing lenses and have no one to hold my stuff for me. I clip off the camera to the straps and its held in place safely as I interchange lenses quickly and easily without having to put the bag down on the ground or swinging a sling from front to back. I can crouch, kneel and manouver easily without it getting in the way. I have also added additional lens bags to the hips straps for more options when out and about. I've ALSO found that I can clip off my tripod for quick access from the side of the belt OR under the bag for storage. I cant even begin to tell you all the useful things that have made this purchase so worth while. I got rid of everything none thinktank in my camera gear trunk! I have purchased the Modular kit and also interchange witht this bag or take just the bare nessesities. LOVE Think Tank!!! =D

this bag is so well thought out that you use it both as a camera bag and wired audio bag. when i'm not using it for photo/video i use this bag as a great laptop bag from my macbook pro 13".
