The Think Tank Speed Freak Beltpack is designed for Speed. It holds a regularly sized SLR with a lens attached and a 70- or 80-200 2.8 next to it.

Seam-sealed removable raincover: Rain covers are seam-sealed for protection, similar to outdoor clothing and jackets. This is necessary to prevent the water from leaking into the bag where the raincover is sewn together
Removable foam insert: The dividers can be removed from the insert and reattached inside of the bag. Some items like teleconverters, batteries and other photographic and computer accessories simply don't need much protection, so you can reduce the bulk of the bag by taking out the padding
