Some nice features like wide open mouth, large front pocket, and well designed interior pockets. However, poorly designed outer pockets that are way too small and not flexible/stretchy for storing or toting most anything. The back pocket is too short for storing magazines, netbooks etc. The rear zipper and opening needs to be an inch or two longer. The velcro dividers are poorly designed in that they cannot be configured well because they don't stick to one another when trying to compartmentalize the interior of the bag. For the price, these design flaws should have been taken care of before going to market. I own 10 Think Tank bags, as they are my favorite but very disappointed in several features of this bag as well as pleased with the others.

Excellent overall but: (A) Shoulder pad is sewn in place, which makes it difficult to make needed adjustments, especially if you carry across body, (b) opening is a little tight and you have to CAREFULLY insert/remove camera past zipper teeth.
