Stitching got wide open on second use

Bought it knowing it was a gig bag. On the second time taking my 88 controller I decided to use the shoulder strap to carry it as the regular handles seem be too long and the keyboard remains too close to the ground. Walking out of home to the car and the case got wide open from the point that holds the shoulder strap.
